WHERE DOES 'ALL OR NOTHING' ACTUALLY GET YOU?

Have you been wanting to lose weight? Trying time and again without lasting success? Diet culture has taught us that if we're really restrictive, in just 30 days, 60 days, whatever the number is, we'll lose a bunch of weight, and then can just maintain.


For a lot of us (me for sure), this is where things fell apart. I was an excellent dieter. In 30 days I could cut grains, dairy, sugar, fruit, alcohol... no problem. I could drop 5, 10, 15 pounds. BUT - it always had a deadline. A wedding, vacation, season, whatever I was losing the weight for, there was always an end in sight.


Then I went on vacation, ate whatever, drank whatever (because I deserved it after all that hard work and restriction), figuring I can always "clean it back up" on Monday. But Monday would come and go and living the "all or nothing life" those pounds would creep back on.


Through Weight Loss Coaching, I finally realized why, and I am here to teach that to you!
